Dr. Bitting is an IAM Strategy 300–recognized leader in technology commercialization and IP monetization. With a background in engineering, semiconductor development, and patent strategy, he has managed high-value portfolios across networking, wireless, and advanced semiconductor technologies.

Don began his career developing semiconductor technologies at AT&T Bell Laboratories before holding senior IP and licensing roles at IBM, General Electric, and Stanley Black & Decker. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Lehigh University.

Mr. Glaser is a prolific inventor and entrepreneur with a long record of innovation across acoustics, signal processing, and secure sensing technologies. His pioneering work has produced a portfolio of patents covering biometric detection, acoustic sensing, and advanced signal-processing architectures now foundational to many modern devices and systems.

Before founding Biosonics Technology, Mr. Glaser led multiple technology ventures focused on advanced sensing and electronics. His inventive contributions have driven advancements in bioacoustic and biometric interfaces and continue to influence emerging applications in secure access and intelligent sensing.
